Values
Our Values & Code of Conduct
At Tindra Film, storytelling begins with collaboration — and collaboration requires respect.
- Zero tolerance for hate – we reject fascism, racism, sexism, homophobia, transphobia, ableism, and all forms of discrimination.
- Ethics before politics and money – we do not work with resources, influence, or partnerships that promote values of hate, exclusion, or oppression.
- Respect in all communication – behavior that humiliates, excludes, mocks, or intimidates will not be accepted.
- Constructive feedback with dignity – critique is part of the creative process but must never come at the expense of respect.
- Everywhere it matters – whether on set, in meetings, by email, or at gatherings: these principles always apply.
- Listening and accountability – concerns about disrespect or exclusion are taken seriously and handled with care.
- Shared responsibility – everyone involved contributes to creating a safe and supportive culture.
We stand for openness and inclusion – and against fascism and hate.
